Data Downloads
The Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser desires to make tax roll data available to the public for general use, free of charge and easily obtained. This download page includes data from both our CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal) system and our GIS (Geographic Information System) application. This download page may expand to additional files, depending on the use and needs of our citizens. The files are compressed in a ZIP format to reduce the size of the download. NOTE: many of the files are very large (i.e. Greater than a megabyte). In particular both the complete CAMA summary data and the combined CAMA / GIS summary data files are larger than 50 MB and can approach 200 MB in size.
CAMA Data
The Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser Summary CAMA data files use a Property ID value to tie the data files to a property within the CAMA system. Each file is formatted in a CSV (comma separated values) file with the first row containing the column headers.
- Assessment file – contains the various values associated with a property
NOTE: This data changes infrequently throughout the year as these values are only calculated at key times of the assessment year (e.g. TRIM, Final Value, and Post VAB Hearings)
- Building files – four files containing information related to the buildings associated with the property
NOTE: Building ID connects the building files together and that there are blank building records for non-improved properties
Mailing List Data
The information contained in the following two files has been collected and presented in an effort to assist with the creation of mailing lists. The data have been separated into two files, one each for Real Property and Tangible Personal Property. Each file is formatted in a CSV (comma separated values) file with the first row containing the column headers.
GIS Data
- Combined summary CAMA data with Saint Lucie GIS file geodatabase
NOTE: GIS Parcel Account Number is same as the CAMA data Property ID
