Sale Price may differ significantly from Market Value as factors affecting a sale, such as non-Arm's length situations like sales of duress, foreclosure, auction, and other potential possibilities, may skew the sale's reflection of Market Value for the property.
This estimation tool assumes that the Assessed Taxable Value and Market Value are equal. This tool excludes adjustments due to Portability of a prior homestead exemption.
